What Lento is

Lento publishes personal notes about hotels a traveler slept in and vouches for. It is opinion, written in good faith at the time of the stay. Hotels change owners, close for seasons, and renovate; check details with the hotel before you travel.

Bookings happen elsewhere

Lento does not sell rooms. Booking links lead to third parties (booking platforms or the hotel itself) and your reservation is a contract with them, under their terms. We earn a commission on some links, disclosed on every page where they appear.

Liability

We keep the site accurate and online with reasonable care, but we cannot guarantee either, and we are not liable for decisions made on the basis of our notes or for anything that happens on third-party sites. Mandatory statutory rights stay untouched.

Text on Lento is ours unless credited. Photography remains with its creators or licensors. The About and method page identifies the cleared property image and the destination placeholders whose asset-level records still need to be completed before launch. Ask before republishing: hello@thelento.com.
